Board Member meetings will be second Monday of the month, 7:30 p.m. at the Mitchell Ranch (weather and holidays permitting) or via ZOOM.

All-Member meetings are held quarterly: In 2025--January 10, Apr 11, July 11, October 10, November tba (voting), December tba (Christmas party). Meetings are at 7 p.m. at the Mitchell Ranch unless notified otherwise.
